Classroom Rental Procedures and Time Slots

►Application Times: During the semester, Monday to Friday, daytime 08:00-11:50, afternoon 13:00-16:50, evening 17:00-21:00 (excluding winter break and national holidays).

►Procedure: Fill out the Application Form for Course-Related Classroom Rental - Receive email reply after submitting the application - Complete the classroom rental process - Use the classroom during the approved time slot

►Please apply for classroom rental in advance so you can use the classroom at your desired time!

►After the department office confirms the classroom application form data is correct, it will assist with setting up the school's access control system during the semester.

►If a card swipe error occurs, please inform the department assistant.
