2026 "The Power of Companionship" Short Video Competition

I. Background

The Zhi-Shan Foundation (https://www.zhi-shan.org/) has long been dedicated to child and youth development across four regions in Asia. In alignment with the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) non-discrimination principle, the "Campus Ethnic Friendliness" initiative was launched in 2023. This 2026 competition invites students nationwide to showcase the energy of the younger generation in promoting friendly and inclusive actions.

II. Competition Highlights

• Eligibility: Open to all students currently enrolled in junior high, senior high/vocational schools, and colleges/universities nationwide (including individual and group homeschoolers). No limit on the number of participants per team.

• Registration Deadline: From now until June 12, 2026. Register online at https://contest.zhi-shan.org.

• Submission Deadline: July 3, 2026. Videos must be uploaded to YouTube as "Unlisted" (viewable only with a link), and the link must be submitted to the designated page.

III. Timeline

1. Submission & Registration: Now – July 3, 2026.

2. Preliminary Round: Results announced mid-July 2026.

3. Final Round & Winners Announcement: Expected late July 2026.

4. Awards Ceremony: August 22, 2026, at the Taipei Memory Warehouse (Attendance is mandatory for winners).
